By accessing and using Pray Board, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content through our service. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, is reported by other users, or that we determine to be inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. Removal of content does not require prior notice.
We do not use your prayers, entries, or uploaded images for advertising, and we do not use them to train machine learning models.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Pray Board.
Reporting in the app. If someone on a shared prayer board posts content that violates these terms, you can report them directly in the app: open the board's member list and tap the report icon next to their name. You will be asked to choose a reason — harassment, inappropriate content, spam, hate speech, or other — and you may add a description. Reports come straight to us.
Removing someone from a board. Board owners and moderators can remove any member from a shared prayer board at any time, which immediately ends that person's access to the board and everything on it. Any member may also leave a board at any time, and invitations can always be declined.
You may also email us at support@manpadev.com. Include the content description, username, and prayer board name to help us investigate.
We review reports of objectionable content and act on them within 72 hours, which may include removing the content, removing the user from a board, issuing a warning, or terminating the account entirely.
Shared prayer boards are private, invitation-only groups of up to 15 people. Membership requires an invitation that you accept — no one can add you to a board without your agreement, and you can leave a board at any time.
When you add content to a shared prayer board, it becomes visible to the other members of that board. It is not made public: Pray Board has no public feed, no content discovery, and no way for anyone to see content from a board they do not belong to. Even so, please only share what you are comfortable with the other members of that board seeing.
Pray Board is a digital tool intended to help users organize, reflect on, and optionally share prayer-related thoughts and intentions. The App does not perform prayer, provide spiritual authority, or act as a substitute for personal prayer, faith practices, or spiritual guidance.
Posting, writing, or sharing prayers within the App is not the same as engaging in prayer itself. Users are encouraged to continue their personal prayer practices and seek guidance through their own faith, beliefs, and trusted spiritual or religious leaders.
Pray Board does not guarantee that prayers will be answered, that answers will occur within any specific timeframe, or that any answers received will align with the expectations or desires of the user.
The App and its creators make no claims of divine authority, spiritual influence, or religious endorsement. The App exists solely as a digital tool for organization, reflection, and optional community sharing.
Your use of Pray Board is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for any purchases or subscriptions. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Pray Board is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pray Board.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
