By accessing or using any Manpa Dev product, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes. You must not post offensive or harmful content, harass or impersonate others, upload malicious code, use the service commercially without permission, or violate any applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content through our services. You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Your use of Manpa Dev products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the applicable app's settings.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manpa Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
